I would like to recommend Mandy Pascua as a candidate for a position with your organization. In her position as National Sales Director, Mandy was employed with Blue Square from early 2019 to late 2021. Throughout her time with her organization she demonstrated critical skills that would make her an excellent employee at your company.
Mandy‘s first undertaking was to overhaul our brand image. She did a tremendous job in her position and completely remade our website rebranded Blue Square's products and revamped all print literature. Brining all our digital and print marketing up-to-date. She is extremely organized, works independently, and is able to effectively multitask to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner.
Because of her effectiveness, I can give her additional responsibilities including developing a training program for service companies that used our product. Mandy went above and beyond in that assignment as she does an all tasks. This training program to helped educate new service companies in the installation and use of our products while also increasing brand awareness on a national scale.
